Installation is not working

Dear Admin,

I have followed your guideline but seem the installation is not working.

The service is in activating mode. image

I see the service in the activating mode but it is not active, or gets stuck at startup / takes longer than expected. Have you tried following the troubleshooting guide https://github.com/deexno/checkmk-telegram-plus/blob/main/TROUBLESHOOTING.md ? What do you see in the logs? Are there any anomalies? Please give me more details to analyse the problem. Did you already have the older version installed? Did it work? Is this your first installation? On which host system is your CheckMK bot running? Please give me more details to analyse the problem, unfortunately I can't do much with the details you provided. Thank you.
