Ctrl+h doesn't do anything

All the keybindings seem to work as advertised, but ctrl+h doesn't do anything at all. That seems like the best feature too :-)

Trying the the shortcut in ruby and javascript files with the same results.

https://github.com/deerawan/vscode-dash/issues/31 It might just be conflicting with a keybinding you already have, like ctrl-h from the vim mode extension. I changed mine to command-H and it seems to be working alright.
