heatmap appears just dark but plot profiles look great

Dear developers, thanks for developing such a useful tool.

my plot heatmap shows no signal just dark but the corresponding profiles look great. any ideas how i can debug this?

this is the command i used

computeMatrix reference-point --referencePoint TSS \
