can plotProfile --clusterUsingSamples do multiple clusters?

I have sample groups that I'd like to cluster. If my samples are 1-10 and every 2 are the same species/tissue/whatever, can I do something like

--clusterUsingSamples (1 2) (3 4) (5 6) (7 8) (9 10) ?

Or do I do --clusterUsingSamples 1 2 --clusterUsingSamples 3 4 --clusterUsingSamples 56 --clusterUsingSamples 7 8 --clusterUsingSamples 9 10 ?

Or do I have to run separate plotProfile commands?
