plotCorrelation should exit with an error when samples and labels vectors are of unequal lengths.

Current behavior is to produce a plot with the number of samples equal to the number of labels provided, presumably matched by index such that samples may be labelled incorrectly in the output. Would be better to simply exit with an appropriate error message in these cases.
