Suggestion - Zscore transformation a la hicFindTADs

Hi, I find the Z-score transformation performed by hicFindTADs very useful for quantitative analysis of contact enrichment. I think it would be nice to add this way of transforming the matrix hicTransform as an "empirical Zscore" (on our data, the "obs_exp" transformation is very crude).

it is still possible to just get it by running hicFindTADs. However to run the conversion on a very large band around the diagonal, the subsequent parts of hicFindTADs take a lot of time (and is the only part really using the multi threading I think).
