What's the difference between isparta-loader and isparta-instrumenter-loader

@deepsweet I imagine it might be a good idea to try and combine efforts with @ColCh

Mine was created earlier. That's only difference thought :)

Also, it takes options from query (may be this.options is the same...)

I think it's possible to merge both modules into one (isparta-loader?) and deprecate one of them.

I'm going to refactor this loader to match babel-istanbul-loader functionality (such as FS caching and options from query). is there anything else that I can borrow from isparta-instrumenter-loader?
