How to get the game running, both the full version and part 1?

Just wondering exactly which files to run/open.

It seems like there's no clear explanation of which files to run. As for the full version of the game, I understand you run the main window and each individual player control window in separate browser windows. I can't get past the name creation screen on the control windows though, I suspect because I'm not connecting to my local deepstream server correctly.

As for part 1, it's not clear which files to run/open or if all the necessary files are in place. This is important for someone trying to understand the game's structure from the ground up.
