Expand Collaboration Efforts with DBs and Cloud Providers

The goal is to increase the awareness and usage of Haystack (especially with pipelines v2) with neighboring communities and companies.

- [ ]  Instructions on how to create DocumentStores and custom nodes for pipelines v2 and start collaborating with these companies
- [ ] Select task + vector DB combination for a short article (+demo/repo) (shared with core)
- [ ] Tutorials involving each document store we have

• Implement early examples of pipelines v2

- [ ] Implement early examples of Pipelines v2 with selected vector DBs and LLMs
- [ ] Write articles about these integrations
- [ ] Create a roadmap for future collaborations
- [ ] Define, continually measure and report on success metrics
