As a haystack user I want to know how to configure advanced logging features as introduced in #3003 and #3004.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Write a guide for production and notebook settings on how to configure logging properly.

Additional context Main focus lies on bigger deployments using analytics and monitoring tools. Notebook users should also be able to make use of it.
