haystack-integrations Adding Arize to the integrations page

This adds the Arize logo and page to our integrations list.

I'll be asking someone from their side to review the page.

Just checking: @mikeldking - I had added your video from before to the main branch in preparation here: https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack-integrations/blob/main/images/arize-demo.gif

I think the one you added here should be for the arize-phoenix doc on the one I have in main for the arize doc yes? I'll rename this file accordingly.
