Entity flips revisited

All the changes of my previous Entity Flips PRs (#809, #856), reconciled with the latest LDtk updates.

Some files will need to be edited to remove changes that weren't intended to be PR'd, please give me a few to fix those up after opening the PR shows me the individual changes.
