version 1.3.3 is not working on Windows 7

I got error message about virtual memory and missing procedure in dll file on windows 7. please fix this.

here is the screenshot of the error message immedeately after install. when i try to start the ldtk.exe still get the same error message. Screenshot_1 also here is my OS specs Screenshot_2

Actually the video you gave me is for another error, not the same error that I get.

I have the exact same problem, but not just with 1.3.3, all the 1.3.x versions give this error. However, I found that 1.2.5 installed just fine. Can we renew this issue? And can someone with experience have a look at it?

I actually went with the tutorial, it turned out I already had that security update, but that didn't fix the error.
