[BUG] Bake Layer Ignores Selected Tileset

When I select a tileset different from the default for my auto-layer, it is ignored during the bake process. Baking an auto-layer always results in the default tileset being used! Example:

Before Bake: The layer is using a lighter variation of the tileset, not the default.

After Bake: The same layer reverts to the default tileset.
