도커 포 윈도우 생성시 ip주소 없음 문제

안녕하세요 도커 포 윈도우 (윈도우 10 프로입니다)에서 주어진 설명서 대로 컨테이너 생성시 ip가 할당이 안되는 문제가 있습니다. image

따라서 쥬피터 노트북 사용이 안되네요.. 혹시 어떠한 방법이 있으실까요
