Number of input and output channels parameters

Hello DJL team, I am trying to convert a network policy from Python using Pytorch to Java and one of the parameters I am missing in_channel and out_channel which is Multiple Input and Output Channels in DJL. Also what to use to build a network policy regarding reinforcement learning. I have problems in dealing with reinforcement learning with java.
