Does `FacialAnalysis.get` expect BGR or RGB?

Undocumented function and with confusing responses on tickets (one guy said RGB is expected), examples showing cv2.imread (which loads BGR).

Can a maintainer just let us know which, happy to do the PR to add a comment explaining.
