Understanding the configs file in the face recognition Arcface_Torch repository

There are many configuration files in the configs directory, including config.margin_list=(1.0, 0.0, 0.4). Under this parameter setting, the loss function used seems to be Cosface, not Arcface loss function. Why use Cosface by default?
