Add Swatch with Theme Colors to Picker

Expose a swatch that has DH theme colors in the picker, something like https://react-spectrum.adobe.com/react-spectrum/ColorPicker.html#swatches

The default colors in the swatch should be theme colors, but the user should also be able to override it (potentially through a prop)
