Clicking the "i" in the 'versions' interface in the settings modal is annoying AF

This "tap the "i" UX is not good.

Maybe it work 1 in 10 times. likely more like 1 in 30. I tried hard refreshing....being super patient.... changing tabs and coming back to it.... closign and reopening settings.

  1. You just hover over it as a tooltip, not click.
  2. The spectrum component contextual help does behave as click, if we switch to using that component the behaviour would be a click

Requires the contextual help component to be wrapped.

Suggested fix: switch to using the spectrum contextual help component instead.
