Add option to stop/cancel the CSPM InProgress and Queued scans

Additional context Currently there is no way to stop the CSPM Scans. Add an API and button in UI to allow user to stop InProgress/Queued scans

We should also add an option to schedule every 12 hours, the threatgraph will get refreshed this way without user involvement. Perhaps a separate ticket.
