Image scan redundancy

Describe the bug Same images present in different registries is resulting in multiple scan redundancy. Images once scanned should not be scanned again To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to images in registry
  2. look for scan results of similar images in different registry

Expected behavior they should use the same scam

There are things we need to consider

  • quay.io/deepfenceio/deepfence_agent_ce:latest
  • docker.io/deepfenceio/deepfence_agent_ce:latest

These two images not necessarily be same.

We don't save sha256 code of the image in the vulnerability documents. Probably we can add that.
