Enhancement: More customisation for schedules

Additional context I would like to be able to set a few more filters for schedules. The ideal i think, would be to have a 1 hourly schedule that targets any resource that is either "never scanned" or errored. Then a nightly scan for everthing.

We mostly use spot instances so they can get cycled failry frequently. This would allow us you keep a nice green board to keep the higher ups happy.

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe the ability to create a scan based off the filter used from the topology page?

Describe alternatives you've considered You could have a more verbose dialog from the settings page but that would likely me more work from a UI perspective.

We currently only have "Select resource -> start scan" workflow, but the idea to have filters for resource selection is interesting. We will look into it. Thanks for the suggestion.
