[v2] handle different scan states on scan results page

Describe the bug There are bunch of different scan states like in progress, error, no results and for each of these states there should be well formatted states for this page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any scan results page which is in progress, error or doesn't have any results.

Expected behavior Clearly formatted state should be there.
