[v2] Deleting a Report which is in failed state cause 500 error in UI

Describe the bug Delete a report which is error state, the backend gives 500 error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Integrations -> Download Reports
2. try to delete any report which is in error state
3. UI crashes with 500 error

Expected behavior Delete report should be successful
