Describe the bug Delete confirmation dialog always says "Delete report" for integration

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to integrations
2. add any integration other than report.
3. try to delete it.
4. see the title of the dialog

Expected behavior It should say "Delete < integration name >"
