Following the discussion in #23, we need to first make the DeepChem 2.3.0 code release for this repo before we start merging in new changes. I'll leave this PR open for a few days while we finish that, then will come back and merge this in :)

Can we remove the code to install DeepChem on colab? Most of the content of this notebook is just output from conda as it installs packages.
