Python 3.14 support

Python 3.14 was released, but ruptures v1.1.10 requires Python <3.14,>=3.9. Please make a py 3.14-compatible release.

@tg12 dependencies, compatibility matrices, CI, and release pipelines are not tasks open source contributors should be doing or touching in a project with an active maintainer, unless the maintainer asks them to. Mainly to avoid wasting time on approaches that may not align with the maintainer's vision or duplicated efforts. What is your role in ruptures? I'm sorry, but I don't see any contributions you've authored in this repo.

Hey I'll definitely release a py3.14 compatible version soon.

However, first item on my todo list is to make it more open than it is now. Everything takes a bit of time because I teach a lot these days.
