RTSP stream problem -Stream exit by signal or not client

Hello,

I have 2 cameras via RTSP, the one that is Ubiquiti works, but the one I have BESDER 1080//960P/720p Full HD IP Camera XMEye so from VLC works for me, but via RTSPtoWEB does not work.

Where's the bug?

Fail/Problem (BESDER) : rtsp://10.37.118.140:9090/dss/monitor/params?cameraid=1000342%240&substream=1 (VLC player from internet and local site - ok)
