Slow load time while viewing on Web

Hello, When we connect to a camera in VLC, the stream is seen under 1 second, but when we view this camera from Web with the help of rtsptoweb it loads in more than 10 seconds. I guess hls is loading some camera view beforehand for a stable view. Can we directly show the video instead? Or is there an option for this?
