Nest Cam very glitchy

I have 4 cameras, 3 of which are wyze and work great with RTSPtoWeb, however my 4th Nest Doorbell Cam is very glitchy, stuttery and delayed.

Is there a way we can permanently exclude a single camera from RTSPtoWeb? The Nest Camera works great on its own, but I need the rest to be on this service to work well. Anytime I delete the camera from RTSPtoWeb, it just shows up again on next restart.

I'm not sure what all documentation I can provide to help with this, as no errors are produced, it's just to do with the camera quality.
