Pi Installation

Trying to install the package on RP4 running are there are clear instructions how to install the script $ GO111MODULE=on go run *.go on PI? I reinstall it few time and it failed with this error: go: downloading github.com/pion/mdns v0.0.7 go: downloading github.com/pion/stun v0.4.0 go: downloading github.com/pion/turn/v2 v2.1.0 go: downloading github.com/go-playground/locales v0.14.1
