HLS playlist(m3u8) request failed and it causes infinite loop

I've tested my ip cameras but when working with hls format it fails requesting m3u8 playlist after some times thus can't get next fragments to fetch. and it keeps requesting m3u8 playlist quite amount of time and looping back the previous fragments.

The rest of format works fine but what i need to use is hls format.
