Default Full MultiView With WEBRTC?

I actually like the the Full Multiview feature that was added, I use it with an android tablet with the Kiosk Browser app, with an auto refresh of the browser every 20 mins or so, but I found that when the browser refreshes it defaults to "MSE", is there a way to have it saved to be WEBRTC even when browser refreshes?

Forgot to mention that this is running on Home assistant on a raspberry PI 4
