RTSP Restart Error

I am testing RTSPtoWeb on a few CCTV Cameras and I constantly receive the following errors which causes the video to pause while it reconnects.

ERRO[2022-06-09T07:31:23-07:00] Stream error restart stream stream stop rtsp signal call=Restart

Testing the same cameras with vlc i do not have any issues. Is there a way to get why and what error is causing the stream to stop

i get this same error message when trying to call the restart stream endpoint. It simply fails to restart streams.
