Add new submission button
For Journal. Added a new submission button on the home page, just beside the view submission button, to directly route to the application form.
Also, some of the diffs don't look quite right. Can you please merge develop into your branch and push it again, I think it might be comparing with an older develop branch or something. Thanks!
Hey Muhammed, Thanks for the PR! Sorry for the delay reviewing it - I'm actually away on holiday at the moment and will be back on the 3rd of April. Had a few minutes now though so had a quick look and it looks good. Just a few small nits to change please. Note that Indaba applications close on the 28th 23:59 and since this touches the application form, I won't release it until after the close to mitigate any risk there.
