Is the app in active development?

Hello, I'm a potential user of the app, but I can't use it at all because I have several problems. Before opening issues for those problem, though, may I ask if the app is still in development? I see very little activity in the repo and I'm wondering if it makes sense to report a bug if the app isn't getting updated anymore. As a non-developer, except donations (which I have no money to pay with, or I'd use Spotify and there would be no problem) is there anything I can do?

Thanks a lot. This app looks promising and it would be great, if only I could use it.

Hi, I'm sorry but as you noticed this app is not being maintained for quite some time. There are flaws in the architecture of the app itself as it was made while I was still learning flutter. I would like to return on the app but it won't be anytime soon, I do have a similar project at https://rustypipe.deepraven.co It's work in progress and when completed should provide all features + more of this app.

But for now I would like to recommend you to use NewPipe ( https://newpipe.schabi.org/) on which this app is based.

Hi, I do not have time to work on app and so I've pulled it from play store. But if you fix it and create PR I will indeed merge it, fdroid should also update app. Please also update new pipe extractor version to latest, app version name and number in https://github.com/deep-gaurav/MusicPiped/blob/master/android/app/build.gradle

@deep-gaurav sorry for bothering you, would you please merge #141 & release an update to fdroid? Maybe release updated apk on github! Or I am too demanding😄
