Decommission of deegree's build in OpenLayer v2 client

The OpenLayer v2.12 client part of deegree's webservices administration console is outdated and not maintained anymore. I do propose to remove the client from the console without any replacement.

With upgrading the admin console to JSF 2.2/Servlet 3.1 (#991 and #990) the compontent and all its related resource shall be removed from the webservices webapp.

As of version 3.5 the built-in OLv2 client is removed from deegree admin console.

With PR #1271 this change has been integrated into 3.5 main branch. The OpenLayer view and the related resources have been removed from the deegree admin console.
