loading data error

Trying to run 'python loadAddresses.py --download --load_data' and getting a 'zipfile.BadZipFile: File is not a zip file' response. Is this data still available for download?

And in being curious about the server ran 'python runserver.py' and received 'The requested URL was not found on the server.' - not sure if data needs to be loaded first... Any pointers appreciated - thanks!

The Cook County link https://datacatalog.cookcountyil.gov/api/geospatial/jev2-4wjs?method=export&format=Original is no longer available due to a size issue. The data is currently divided up into separate files by area: https://datacatalog.cookcountyil.gov/browse?q=address%20points&sortBy=relevance&utf8=%E2%9C%93.
