should we fold this into dedupe-examples?

stars + forks suggest folks want to know how to do this. in fact @jeancochrane + @evz and i did something similar to this during the lead project. should we incorporate this application of dedupe into the dedupe-examples repo, perhaps as an extension of the csv example, @fgregg?
