Traffic statistic over time

It could interesting to improve how the traffic is computed because right now it only adds up since the start and then the resulting traffic (for instance in the status web page) is only the average over the overall period which you can't have a statistic of the traffic for a window in time.

We could sum the traffic over slots of time to have more granular statistics.
