Modular packaging

Package algebraic currently depends on scribble, racket-doc, texmath, sandbox and those are used only for docs.

More modular approach e.g. by splitting

• algebraic-lib
• algebraic containing both algebraic-lib and docs like base64 would allow to install algebraic-lib faster.

Also rackunit could be defined as build dependency like in lens or used in separate module for tests like in macrotypes.
