Rename Badge Component to Toast and improve it

The new Toast Component should:

1. Be positioned anywhere in the window.
2. Have the highest z-index.
3. Allow user to close it.
4. Allow developer to input a time duration.
5. Look like the message component (will probably use it under the hood)
