[ux] Treasury Spending Tab does not display amount being voted on and spent.

It would be nice if the Treasury Spending Tab displayed how much DCR, and the equivalent in USD, was being spent by the Treasury for a given month.

As it currently stands, Stakeholders don't know what they are voting for.

There are some pieces that we need to figure out first before we'll be able to do such a thing.

Just on a functional basis, there isn't a good way for decrediton to display "only" pending tspends. We'll probably need to add an api endpoint to dcrdata for decrediton to get a list of those transactions.

Thanks for the clarification. I figured there was a more complex reason why the pending tspends weren't displayed. We had people asking about it in telegram/other channels, so now I can at least point them to this issue and let them know it's being worked on.
