Confusion Over "Processed Managed Tickets" Page

Hello, I've had a number of people express concern in regards to their ticket status when they see this screen on startup. Is it possible to re-word (or explain it better) it so it doesn't make them feel like they've done something incorrectly? (Basically so it doesn't come off as "scary").

I thought maybe adding discard and remember button would be helpful https://github.com/decred/decrediton/issues/3160, then users could go there manually to check if they are annoyed. Especially for solo voters with cli/solo tickets might want to hide this forever.

Not sure if the solution suggested above would be helpful also for VSP users tho.

We should auto skip until a new ticket is bought

@degeri i think something like that is reasonable, but we need a mechanism from dcrwallet to tell decrediton "all tickets are good after confirming them all" and maybe not check on tickets that have already been confirmed in the past.

Then i think we can just use that plus a trigger on new tickets to show the Process MAnaged Page.

I also thought "process managed" is a confusing terminology from a user perspective. This is a good issue to add a UX designer to the loop. cc @linnutee
