[startup] Add 'remember my choice' checkbox

We could improve a bit the UX of two pages we show on startup, which can be dismissed but will keep showing up on each startup:

  • Set Mixed Account page.
  • Process unmanaged tickets.

Ideally they would have an option to discard and remember.
