Close Wallet UI button location (Minor UI improvement)

I am not sure if others feel the same way but it took some getting used to finding the close wallet button under settings. I think it should always be visible somewhere on the top right and not only in the settings tab (where it is located in the top right). It is a quicker way to go back to the main screen to select a different wallet.
