Some tickets missing vote time

When I visit "Tickets" > "History Tickets" I am seeing some rows with blank "Vote Time" and "Voted" columns. I'm trying to find a pattern but I cant to identify the affected tickets, but I dont see anything they have in common.

This screenshot shows revoked tickets on testnet, but I have also seen this on mainnet with voted tickets.

That's the purchase ticket tx which got a vote or revoke. That's why some of them were written as Purchased. But I think it was not clear enough.
