[ticket purchase] Values not updated after ticket purchase

After purchasing tickets, The total and remaining values are not updated.

It is fixed if switching tabs and back to my tickets, so probably some state not being updated.

As the old stakepools now are broken, I think it might be good to wait on https://github.com/decred/decrediton/pull/2577 before start working on this
