Adding another configured stakepools list/success configuration views

Basically, there are 2 flows I want to talk about: when user adds a stakepool for the first time and when user opens a list of already configured stakepools (stakepool configuration view).

Current UI flow actually uses the same view twice. We will largely stick to that, but with some minor changes.

So,

1. “Stakepool Succesfully Configured” view, where user adds a stakepool for the first time and receives a success confirmation. Only follow-up interaction is Continue, which directs to the Purchase tickets view.

2. Stakepool configuration view (list of configured stakepools). In this instance, there can be one or more already configured stakepools, which need to be displayed there. Also there are three different interaction flows: delete stakepool (each), cancel (returns to purchase), add stakepool (directs to variant of add stakepool). This view can be opened from "Purchase Tickets" view settings and it also displays when user enters the first stakepool ever.

Note that "stakepool" term was replaced with "Voting Service Provider" or VSP for short.
